We operate as a third party consultants, paid by the Providers and Vendors of your Function.

All of your payments should be directed to them.

Before they invoice you or settle your account, our Accounts Executive will prepare a detailed statement, with charges you should expect by the Providers and Vendors of your Function.
If a dispute arises, we will intervene and will adjudicate any bona fide claim.

This is included in the contract you both sign.
